We were founded in 2021 to bring reliable energy storage capacity to the electric grid that will enhance system reliability and enable greater reliance on renewable generation. We focus on investing in communities and markets where energy storage will provide long-term value to stakeholders.
The company was created by Black Mountain, a private team of early mover project developers specializing in identifying and capturing high-growth opportunities in the global energy sector with decades of geological and operational experience.
