Kevin is the Vice President of Markets at Black Mountain Energy Storage, where he develops strategic insights for siting new storage generation projects, guiding the company’s market strategies.

Known for his motivation, dependability, and big-picture approach, Kevin has over three decades of experience in the energy sector, excelling in short-term market forecasting, economic analyses of power projects, and demand forecasting.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held significant roles at National Grid, ERCOT, Merrill Lynch, Direct Energy, and other leading energy firms. He has been instrumental in market analysis, resource planning, and strategic market development.

Kevin holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University-Sacramento.
